Shipping Policy
Please note that the shipping charges displayed during the checkout process are estimates only, and the actual shipping cost may differ based on factors such as the destination, weight, and size of the package. We will notify you if there are any significant changes in the shipping cost.
Free shipping does not apply to clearance items.
Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00pm CST will be shipped the following day. If any item in your order is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder, and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about the availability of a product, please contact us before placing your order.
To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we may place an order on hold temporarily to verify its legitimacy. Once the order is verified, we will ship it promptly.
For reconditioned equipment, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
Items that require refrigeration are shipped with special handling requirements to ensure they are not damaged during transportation. Your refrigerated items will be shipped the following business day in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Additional special handling requirements may be subject to an additional fee.
When using USPS, the maximum allowed weight for a package is 70 lbs, the maximum girth is 84″, and the maximum allowed value is $500 per package or label.
Please note that Fedex and UPS do not deliver to APOs/FPOs. If you have a non-APO/FPO mailing address, please use that for your shipping address when placing your order.
