Return Policy – B&E Medical

At B&E Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

🔄 Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA.

    • Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

  • Items returned without an RMA will not be credited and may incur a $20/day storage fee.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygiene or Safety Concerns):

  • Toilet seat risers

  • Bath and shower equipment

  • Wound care products

  • Compression stockings

  • Cushions and mattresses

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items with opened or broken seals

  • Pharmaceuticals

💸 Restocking Fee and Deductions:

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refunds may also be reduced by:

    • The cost of shipping to and from B&E Medical, and

    • Any damage to the returned item.

  • Exceptions apply for returns due to manufacturer defects or shipping errors, which must be reported within 30 days of the ship date.

📦 Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund.

🛠️ Missing Parts or Warranty Support:

For warranty issues or missing parts, please contact the manufacturer’s warranty service department first. If your issue is not resolved, B&E Medical will help find an appropriate solution.

If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

💳 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original card.

  • Payments made by check or money order will be refunded by check within 20 days of receiving the returned item.
